If StepHire HR Consultants fails to deliver your agreed consultancy service, our StepHire Service Charge will be fully refunded within 3 business days. Please note that official government and third-party fees are non-refundable.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of stephireconsultants.com and any HR advisory, documentation-review, or consultancy services provided by StepHire HR Consultants ("StepHire", "we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, submitting forms, or making payments, you enter into a binding agreement and accept these terms in full.
StepHire HR Consultants is an independent Human Resources Consultancies firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We advise clients on employment contracts, HR policies and handbooks, MOHRE labour compliance, Emiratisation planning, workforce documentation, and HR setup for new businesses. We are not a government authority, MOHRE, a free-zone authority, a law firm, or a recruitment/placement agency, and we do not hold authority to issue work permits, visas, or any government approvals.
Clients are solely responsible for providing genuine, truthful, complete, and accurate information, corporate records, employment contracts, and payroll documentation. StepHire HR Consultants accepts no liability for delays, rejected filings, or legal issues resulting from fraudulent, altered, misleading, or withheld records provided by the client.
All government fees, authority charges, and official third-party costs are set directly by government entities. Once paid or submitted to official government systems, these fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
We take pride in our high documentation precision. If StepHire HR Consultants fails to deliver the agreed consultancy service for the client after complete engagement, the StepHire Service Charge will be 100% refunded to the client within three (3) business days from the date of final outcome confirmation.
While we exert maximum diligence in our advisory work, final decisions on permits, classifications, inspections and disputes rest solely with government authorities. StepHire HR Consultants is not liable for indirect financial losses, fines, or business disruption resulting from government processing delays, regulatory changes, or decisions outside our control.
