If StepHire Consultants fails to obtain or secure your visit visa or agreed consultancy service, our StepHire Service Charge will be fully refunded within 3 business days. Please note that official government, embassy, and VFS/TLS visa center fees are non-refundable.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of stephireconsultants.com and any visit-visa documentation, business setup, or application-support services provided by StepHire Consultants ("StepHire", "we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, submitting forms, or making payments, you enter into a binding agreement and accept these terms in full.
StepHire Consultants is an independent documentation and application-support consultancy based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We assist clients with visit visa paperwork, appointment scheduling, cover letter drafting, verifiable flight/hotel bookings, MOFA attestations, and UAE company formation. We are not a government authority, embassy, consulate, official visa application centre (such as VFS Global, TLScontact, or BLS), or immigration law firm, and we do not hold authority to issue visas directly.
Clients are solely responsible for providing genuine, truthful, complete, and accurate information, passports, bank statements, and employment proof. StepHire Consultants accepts no liability for delays, application rejections, or legal issues resulting from fraudulent, altered, misleading, or withheld records provided by the client.
All government fees, embassy charges, consulate submission costs, MRV fees, VFS Global / TLScontact / BLS biometric appointment fees, and official attestation charges are set directly by government entities. Once paid or submitted to official government systems or visa application centers, these fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
We take pride in our high documentation precision. If StepHire Consultants fails to obtain or secure the requested visit visa, business setup, or agreed service for the client after complete document processing, the StepHire Service Charge will be 100% refunded to the client within three (3) business days from the date of final outcome confirmation.
While we exert maximum diligence in application preparation, final visa approval and entry clearance rest solely with government consular officers and border authorities. StepHire Consultants is not liable for indirect financial losses, flight cancellations, or travel changes resulting from embassy processing delays or government decision changes.
