Official government fees, embassy consular charges, VFS Global / TLScontact / BLS appointment fees, and government attestation costs are set independently by government authorities. Once paid or submitted to official government channels, government and third-party fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
If your visa or requested service outcome is not secured after our complete document review and submission process, StepHire will refund 100% of our service fee within 3 business days via original payment method or UAE bank transfer.
