We are an independent HR advisory and documentation consultancy. We are not a government authority, MOHRE, a free-zone authority, a law firm, or a recruitment/placement agency, and we hold no authority to issue work permits, visas, or make government decisions of any kind.
Every employment-related approval — work permits, labour classifications, Emiratisation assessments, WPS matters, and dispute outcomes — is reviewed and decided by the relevant government authority, such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), the relevant free-zone authority, or the UAE courts. StepHire HR Consultants has no influence over, and cannot predict or guarantee, the outcome of these decisions.
Our services are limited to HR advisory: guidance, frameworks, template and document review, compliance health checks, and policy drafting support.
